Almost everyone seems to be doing it

"the next level of sudoku."
Not just your ordinary Sudoku puzzle! Hyper-Sudoku is a variant
on the popular Sudoku puzzle. Instead of having nine 3x3 boxes
(each of which must contain the numbers 1 through 9), Hyper-Sudoku
puzzles also include four shaded internal boxes (overlapping
the standard nine), each of which must also contain the numbers
1 through 9.
"the next sudoku."
Kakuro, also known as "cross-sum," looks like a crossword
puzzle but it is all about numbers. Readers are told what the
numbers in each horizontal or vertical word of squares
add up to, and must figure out what configuration of numbers
satisfies the requirements.
